Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items, may be exchanged at our head office. Exchanges are valid for 10 days from the order date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that exchanges are only accepted in City of Toronto area ONLY, and the purchaser will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges which are not refundable.
Our goal is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Gifts are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the shipping date.
